Can I get a refund after buying a track?
If you had payment issues or purchased by mistake, contact us and include your purchase email so we can review your request.
I paid but my track is still locked. What should I do?
First, refresh and sign in with the same email used during checkout. If it is still locked, send us a message and we will fix it.
Can I change my language later?
Yes. Go to your account page and update your preferred language in Language settings.
How do I switch to a different account?
Log out from the navbar and sign in again with the email address for your other account.
